神戸・御影を拠点に、地域・地方の個人事業主や中小企業に寄り添い、ホームページ制作や動画の撮影・編集を行う、制作者・クリエイター。 2021年まで普通の会社員として、それまでに営業／事務・求人掲載・管理職／人材コーディネーターとして1万人以上の面接経験を持ち、障がい者の就業支援や、学生・若年層の就職支援にも携わってきた。 2022年以降、WordPressで20以上（2025年9月現在）の実サイトを構築・運用し、「最短3日でつくる“近所のWeb屋のお兄さん”」として、制作だけでなく、求人広告・採用や不動産、これらの契約まわりの実務・トラブル時のノウハウも含めた“ワンストップ相談”を強みにしている。 これから起業する方や、少人数でビジネスをされている方の“背中を押せる存在”を目指し、”困った時のアイデアブレーン”として活動中。 ＝＝ I’m a Homepage Creator based in Mikage, Kobe, supporting local and regional entrepreneurs and small business owners through website and video creation under the brand cuu design kobe. Until 2021, I worked as an ordinary company employee, with experience in sales, office administration, job ad posting, team management, and HR coordination — having conducted over 10,000 interviews. I’ve also been involved in employment support for people with disabilities, as well as students and young job seekers. Since 2022, I’ve built and managed over 20 WordPress websites (as of September 2025). Known as “the local web guy who can build a site in just 3 days,” I offer more than just web production — providing one-stop support that includes hands-on know-how in recruitment, hiring, real estate, and contract-related troubleshooting. My mission is to support those starting a business or managing small teams, serving as a dependable creative partner — an “idea-brain” when challenges arise.
