A Sloan sliver sweet tooth
I'm a creative, fun-loving woman who likes a challenge. When my husband signed our family up to remove all refined sugar, I jumped at the chance to get healthier and more creative. Fast forward about 4 years, we have gone back and forth between sugar and no sugar. However, I have had to remove sugar, wheat (gluten), dairy, some grains, and a few other assorted things. (mushrooms, almonds, oranges, corn...) I'm looking forward to meeting those who will follow us on this journey, those who are also struggling to eat with so many limitations. I look forward to you all sharing your journeys and discoveries in seeking out creative ways to have your cake and eat it too.
